Less than 15 mins !!!!

I'm confused on your comment @hairbag1 . The solution I gave worked. The customer now has service but isn't happy there is nobody to call (guess they didn't realize PM is self serve), and now that they have service, they want to port out to a service provider that has a number to call and a person to speak with. That is how I read it. How'd you read it?

Make sure Public Mobile is now set to primary. Then, go into your settings, find Network Settings and clear them. Then reboot your phone and you should be connected to Public Mobile. If that doesn't 100% work, after you've tried that, you can go into Airplane mode for 10 minutes, then turn off phone for 5 and then turn back on, turn off airplane mode and for sure you should be connected.

make sure you removed your old provider sim card (or disable if that is an esim)

Then check if PM sim is enabled. Also make sure its label is changed to Primary. Then Reboot phone and Reset network settings. Test again

if issue persists, ask PM to reprovision the account.

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

CS_Agent will reply to your community inbox between 9AM-10PM EST (Mon-Sun), check here:
      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage
