I know what you mean. I was unable to log into my work as well using PM Data. There was nothing they could do. However, I used a VPN to get around it. That worked for me. There are plenty of free VPN's out there. Give it a try and let us know.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;GlobalProtect is defaulted to connect using IPSec (UDP) because it is faster. However, Public Mobile’s firewall and CGNAT routing frequently block or mangle these UDP security packets. try this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Open the GlobalProtect App.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If you have access to the app settings, look for the Connection Type or Protocol and change it from IPSec to SSL (or TCP).&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Note: SSL traffic disguised as standard HTTPS web traffic passes right through Public Mobile's CGNAT without getting blocked.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also try Change Your Device DNS as&amp;nbsp;Public Mobile's default carrier DNS servers can fail to resolve corporate VPN gateway addresses properly over mobile data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;On Android/iPhone: Go to your network settings and look for Private DNS (Android) or Encrypted DNS (iOS). Change it from "Automatic" to a public provider like Cloudflare by entering 1.1.1.1 or Google at 8.8.8.8.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
