      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried both the app and the website.&amp;nbsp; No luck with either.&amp;nbsp; Using a new email address to create the account.&amp;nbsp; No matter which plan I select, I get the message "Selected plan not available.&amp;nbsp;The postal code on your card doesn't match the province you selected. Please choose another plan."&amp;nbsp; The funny thing is that I did not choose a province.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
