If you hadda opted for "Change on Renewal" you wouldn't have been charged until next regular plan renewal. You apparently opted for "Change Plan Now" instead...so you sacrificed balance of your original plan to have new plan right away. No refund or pro-rated plan costs due here.

ed

Subject: Overcharge Issue - Plan Change on March 31

double charge on my account that occurred when I switched my plan.

As you can see from my account history, I bought a 35 dollar plan on March 29, and then when I changed to the 30 dollar plan on March 31, I was charged the full amount again just two days later.

Transaction Details:

March 29, 2026 at 10:37 AM: Purchased 35.00 ULCWUSMEX Base Plan-20GB-5G

March 31, 2026 at 02:18 AM: Purchased 30.00 ULCWUSMEX Base Plan-30GB-5G plus taxes

Because these two charges happened within 48 hours of each other due to the plan switch, I would like to request a refund or account credit for the overlapping period.
