      <description>&lt;P&gt;To fix this immediately, you must manually submit a one-time payment to reactivate your plan, as Public Mobile is a prepaid service and will cut off your connection the second an AutoPay transaction glitches. Because Public Mobile runs on a strict 30-day renewal cycle (not monthly), their automated billing script charges cards late at night. If your bank delays the transaction by even a few seconds, the system flags it as an AutoPay failure and instantly suspends your service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you log in and see that your card has already been charged but your service is completely dead, please send a private message a Public Mobile Customer Support Agent (CSA) to manually reset your line.       <description>&lt;P&gt;you said you paid your bill on 25th june but the bill not till doy? so, you are paying early?&amp;nbsp; if you paid early, your money is stared as a credit in Available Funds.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is unusual that the system does not use the money to renew.&amp;nbsp; But we have seen people forgot their E911 fees and caused the issue.&amp;nbsp; So, how much money you loaded and what plan you have? what province you are in? we can confirm if you paid enough earlier&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and login My Account to check if the money you loaded still stuck at Available funds&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
