How to fix

This is something that happens with me as well with WCLC here in Manitoba. A VPN has been recommended, however, VPN's are not permitted with Government Lotteries and that will not work. The ONLY real fix is when you go to purchase, turn off your data and turn on WiFi and connect to a local network there to make the purchase.

EDIT: This part is a long shot. You can check to see what your IP address is on your phone. Write it down, then turn your phones Airplane mode on for a full 10 minutes, then turn off the phone for a full 5 minutes. Turn back on, turn off Airplane mode. This will reconnect you to the service and MAY give you a new local IP address.
