    <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you porting from Telus Prepaid?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But you can ask PM to confirm what was wrong&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.       <description>&lt;P&gt;My wife is trying to join Public Mobile from Telus. When she enters her number to be transferred on the Public Mobile app, she gets a message saying it is an invalid number. What can we do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/704420"&gt;@Mitski&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;the number from Telus can be ported into PM for sure.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You might want to get a new temporary number first.&amp;nbsp; Then after the account is activated, open ticket with PM and ask them to manually bring in the number&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
