    <description>&lt;P&gt;Cell phone was deactivated by Public Mobile yesterday with no explanation.&amp;nbsp; I have automatically paid monthly for many, many years without issue.&amp;nbsp; Payment was due yesterday, July 3 but never taken from my account and my service was cut off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been on the computer and the cell and my land phone for hours yesterday and today trying to resolve.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me with a solution immediately as I desparately need my cell phone this afternoon.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Replace it with a new CC for future payments on the PM app or online under Payment-Update Card Information if it has expired:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_0198.png" style="width: 750px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/198374iEE99DE2900C34B17/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="IMG_0198.png" alt="IMG_0198.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it didn’t expire then check to see if the Subscribe (AutoPay) button is enabled for future payments. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To restore service now, you need to make a manual payment on the app or online or dial 611.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
