      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently joined PM from Koodoo in hopes of getting better service. Yet, I still find that most of the time, when I'm not at home and connected to wifi, I struggle opening the internet or apps like Instagram. I even got an important phone call today, and it was insanely spotty. My partner is also on PM, joined due to his recommendations, but he has none of the same difficulties as I do. He suggested that it's because he is Android and I'm Apple, but it can't be that. I know where I live that the Telus towers have proven troublesome, so it may just be the service provider... A lot of people in my town constantly complain of spotty and unreliable service, it's a big issue here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So really, I guess I'm wondering could it be a phone thing, Apple issues? Or is that it's not reliable everywhere? I'm in the Okanagan region of BC. I'm feeling frustrated and ready to move on if it continues to be this big of a problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TYIA for any tips and tricks you can provide!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you connect to home wifi. You will have to re-enter the wifi password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Koodo and PM utilizes the same Telus towers but Koodo has all the bells and whistles like wifi calling etc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
