I don't know why but yesterday July 1st 2026 my account was charged $30 then today July 2nd 2026 my account was charged $35 for my monthly subscription can you please let me know what the $30 payment on July 1st 2026 is for?

would help if you could post a screen-shot of the billing history for those dates. Is your regular plan renewal $30 or $35 ?

Looks like you have a $35 plan and you were charged $35 on July 2 but there was $30 taken out from AutoPay. There seems to be a $5 credit added to your account.

Do you remember how you got the $5 credit? Was it given to you by a CS_Agent for an issue?

@IXIBMFIXI the charge was correct, there was just one charge

Only $30 was charged from the credit card, and it was Jul 1st. The money was left in the account as Available Funds. Then the money was used the next day for a $35 plan renewal. PM always shows a renewal in 2 lines, one for inflow of money and the other for outflow of money for actual plan renewal
