      <title>No service, no data!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I put in a ticket earlier about not having the 5g service I had subscribed to. Now about 6 hours later I have been demoted from 4 to 3g service, and I have no data as well. I can't send photos or anything. All I can do is text or call. I can't even access the internet on my phone! Something is wrong, and there is no one to contact.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then, after 10 minutes, turn off the phone for 5 minutes. Then turn it back on and after it's restarted, turn off airplane mode. This reconnects you to the Public Mobile network and may help reconnect your data.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
