      <description>&lt;P&gt;How do I make a complaint against a Customer Service agent?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They screwed up my account number with my former provider, thus making it very difficult to get my number ported to Public Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It took over an hour for ME to determine that it was Public Mobile's mistake... when I asked them to confirm the account number they had only to find out they left one number out!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I. Am. Furious.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;FYI.&amp;nbsp; Besides the time wasted, they did not apologize or acknowledge their mistake, in any way. AND, when they did, they offered me a measly $5, which I did not accept. I've already asked CS to escalate. Anyone would be upset/angry/furious.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks again though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
