      <description>&lt;P&gt;this is interesting.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I see a more expensive plan on 5/21 and a cheaper charge on 5/30.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I doubt you can downgrade.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But you know what plan you have? and before 5/21, when was the last renewal date?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Login My Account, go to Payment history and get the answer there.&amp;nbsp; Or post the Payment history screenshot from April till now and we can further assist&lt;/P&gt;</description>
