      <description>&lt;P&gt;My payment did not go through, I updated my info and I would like my payment reprocessed so I can have my plan reactivated as soon as possible, I was never given a notice that I was going to experience a service disruption, some notice would be nice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
