      <description>&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; I thought I set up my credit card for the recurring payment.&amp;nbsp; But it seems it failed.&amp;nbsp; And Public Mobile cut my service on my payment date.&amp;nbsp; What can I do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; With dial *611, it always asks me to key in a 4 digits code.&amp;nbsp; How can I set it up?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/693799"&gt;@Bonitoray&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM is a prepaid carrier, if it cannot get the payment, it stops the service, it is how prepaid works&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;login to My Account, click Pay and Resume service now and pay&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you don't see the button, use this link to access payment page.&amp;nbsp; But you need to login My Account using a browser first, then use the link&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
