    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/703530"&gt;@Jyoti9999&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;first, remove the Fido sim, or if it is an esim, disable it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;check and confirm your PM sim is enabled and set with label Primary.&amp;nbsp; Then Reboot your phone and Reset network settings and check again.&amp;nbsp; Make sure you can receive inbound calls, this confirm if the port is completed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if same, go to Settings , Phone and My Number to remove the phone number there.&amp;nbsp; Wait 15 mins.&amp;nbsp; Then reboot your phone again.&amp;nbsp; Go back to the Settings, Phone, and My Number to enter back the phone number.&amp;nbsp; This will re-register iMessage.&amp;nbsp; it might take long, like 15 mins.&amp;nbsp; Just be patient and wait&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Porting issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I switched from fido last night on my dads phone and authorized the transfer of number by texting “yes” and it resent the text at 5am so I did it right away again and now it’s showing no service on fido and on public it’s showing I have service but no number attached and some texts and calls aren’t working while some are and it’s saying iMessage activation unsuccessful when I try to turn on the number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please I need help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
