      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/703078"&gt;@Mima450&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you meant the eSIM QR?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you have problem with it because the eSIM already installed by the app&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;make sure you disabled your old carrier sim card&amp;nbsp; or disable old eSIM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;make sure your PM sim is enabled and set as Primary.&amp;nbsp; Reboot your phone and Reset Network Settings and it should work. Try both inbound and outbound calls and data&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
