    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My new Public Mobile eSIM is active, but my iPhone only shows SOS.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My iPhone is unlocked, the eSIM is installed, my subscription is active, and I’ve already reset network settings and restarted my phone. I can see and select the Public Mobile network, but it still shows SOS. Does&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;anyone encounter same issue? What is the solution, this is my 3rd day on the subscription and stll can’t use my number ?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You removed old sim card omd disabled old esim?&amp;nbsp; Make sure PM sim is set as Primary&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And if still showing SOS, ask PM to re-provision the account.&amp;nbsp; Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.
