      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently switched to Public and since then haven’t been able to reply to android text messages I have received. &amp;nbsp;When I go into my settings it says RCS-waiting for activation&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please help with step by step on how to fix this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
