      <description>&lt;P&gt;I activated a new sim yesterday (SIM # ) to a new number ###-###-####&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;and still not working.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please can you fix it, also if I want to upgrade the plan, is it possible.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
