      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I ported from Rogers to Public Mobile yesterday. While data works, I can’t receive calls or texts, even though I can make calls. I’ve tried troubleshooting, but this issue hasn’t been resolved. Can support please help fix this porting problem so my incoming calls and texts work properly? I using&amp;nbsp; eSIM and already reply YES to porting my number under 90 minutes timeframe.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you do not have account with PM and have issues send direct message to CS_Agent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For account/data issues please contact CSA - Customer Support Agent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You have to open a ticket through chatbot (type 'ticket' and follow prompts until you get a link to a ticket).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Support will be through Community mail; you will not be able to talk any other way to PM support 'live' person.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
