I ported from Freedom to Public Mobile about two weeks ago. While data works, I can’t receive calls or texts, even though I can make calls. I’ve tried troubleshooting, but this issue hasn’t been resolved. Can support please help fix this porting problem so my incoming calls and texts work properly? I went to eSIM. The old sim allows incoming calls and texts.
