      <description>&lt;P&gt;new subscriber?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What phone do you have?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;make sure you removed old sim card and disabled old esim.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure you don't have data limit enabled Reboot phone and Reset network settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but if still have trouble with data, ask PM to reprovision the account.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm in the same boat since Saturday. Assuming usual suspects don't fix (reset network settings, airplane mode, etc) manually set your network access to 3G and see if you get any data albeit slow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile is telling me the issue is I need a new SIM card since to access their 5G network. Maybe you're in the same boat if you've been with them for quite a while too?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
