      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am looking to update my credit card information but it wont let me. Ive tried with multiple different cards and none of them are working. My plan expired today and I need my phone right away so somebody please help. Ive tried clearing my cache, using the app, using a webpage and multiple different cards.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HELP PLEASE!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/701894"&gt;@Kattillacc&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;when you got the update Payment card error, usually you need to wait 24 hours for the lock to clear&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Since you need to make payment urgently to resume service&lt;/STRONG&gt;, you can get a voucher from SDM/Rexall/Loblaws/Cantire and then load the voucher using *611 on your phone (or 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone) to resume service first and then try updating the card again later&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(you can also buy a voucher online with a fees from muskbird.com/ding.com/recharge.com or a complete list of stores carrying PM payment vouchers: &lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/en/payment-voucher" target="_blank"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/en/payment-voucher&lt;/A&gt; )&lt;/P&gt;</description>
