There, you will have a contact number to call to speak to a person to get help with your accounts and such. You, in your words, not being tech savvy and your son deleting everything, Public Mobile may not be the best option for you. You can go to Walmart and speak to the mobile kiosk there about porting over. I honestly think that's a better option for you.

Good day, My public mobile account is always paid in full each month on the due date, I have a son who suffers with mental illness and he reset my phone a few days ago causing me to lose all my data, saved passwords, apps, messages, etc and I am not tech savvy and couldn't figure out how to get my data and saved content back until this morning. It is currently June 28 and I am trying to pay my account but I need my phone service to make calls as I pay my account over the phone by adding money to my bank account from another savings account, I do this from my phone because I don't own a computer and I don't have access to another phone.

Truthfully I've unfortunately had to contact crisis professionals and police to my home everyday for several months because of my son's mental illness and I have been exhausted and stressed out very bad from my son, I already transfered the payment to my email and now I have to use my phone to log in to my banking to accept the transfer and apply it to my public mobile account, please help me and please restore my phone service to full capacity so that I may pay my account?

I'm a mother in my middle age and I don't have much support, I even need to make emergency calls very often but right now I'm not able to make any calls.

Please help! I look forward to hearing from you very soon. Thank you, Txxxx xxxxxxxxx

Edit by Dunkman: removed personal information

That might help but otherwise contact a CS_Agent for help:

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
