If greater than 90 days, it's been deactivated and now you need to start over.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not suspended for that long and if you've successfully updated your payment card info...now log in to your account and you should see a &lt;STRONG&gt;Resume service&lt;/STRONG&gt; button.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
