      <description>&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Changed phone to accommodate 4g service. Advised PM by way of text message as requested. Phone now registered to work on 3g &amp;amp; 4G (Can not set to 4g only) Problem is phone now constantly drops calls from 4G to 3G and 3G to 4G. Any options&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;</description>
