      <description>&lt;P&gt;My daughter and I both have Motorola phones (different models) and neither of us can access mobile data. We can make and receive calls and texts but cannot surf outside of Wi-Fi. Is Moto 4G not compatible with Public Mobile anymore?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
