If that is the one that you transferred, porting process might be partially completed since you are not able to receive calls. Also, you should not get any signal on the PC Mobile sim. This would confirmed that your number is partially or fully transferred to PM. If you already tried restarting your phone and outgoing calling is still not working, you will need to reach out to CS_Agent to have them look into it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi , I recently transferred from pc mobile to public mobile , I recievd their authorization msg to which I replied but my phone number still hasn't activated . I am able to make phone calls but I can't receive any calls or text msgs .I'm also able to use data.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Wait at least a couple of hours for your number to fully transfer. Then try rebooting your phone and test calling.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
