When was regular plan renewal scheduled...maybe renewal failed do to non-pay (autopay failure). Let us know if your acct us Suspended and we can give suggetsions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;added...likely the VoLTE issue fershur.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
