      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been overcharged on my July 2026 bill for a 3 G usage when I have bought at new phone Nubia Cymbal 2 on June 16, 2026 at Parker Tech Shop In Coldbrook, Nova Scotia. I am still being charged as I have a old&amp;nbsp; 3 G&amp;nbsp; phone and I do not.
