all issues here are handled by human via direct message. But you have to properly submit a ticket first.

Type the question "Ticket", Then click the following in order: "Account Management" , "Log In".

@FionaCreina , to reach out ot support you will need to click on the chat symbol in the lower right corner of the web page to initiate a support ticket.
