      <title>Number Transfer from Fido</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did a number transfer from Fido, everything was successful. I can call out from my phone with no issues, but nobody can call me from a land line, they get "number not in service". Interesting thing is that friends with Rogers cell phones can call me and it works. So did the transfer did not work 100%&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for any help,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Vanessa&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for all the suggestions. I'll check the settings again. I may have renamed the label to "Public Mobile" eSIM&amp;nbsp; when I deleted the Fido eSIM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you have more than 1 eSIM you can rename them, but since Fido eSIM is deleted, PM is the only eSIM and there is no option to rename it, you can only delete it (at least on iPhone 17... I'll message CS Agent next.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
