Transferred from Roger’s and now I can still call and text people that I have already have bur new people that try to tedt and call me ot doesn’t send or go through

What is the make and model of your phone?

Your phone will require VoLTE compatible to make and receive calls due to the 3G shutdown. Enter the IMEI of your phone to check.

make sure you removed the Rogers Sim card, or disable the Rogers eSIM. Then check and confirm PM sim is enabled and set as Primary. Last, proceed with a Reset network settings after a device reboot

Check again with incoming calls, make sure your PM sim can receive incoming calls. If not, then the port was not completed yet. In such case, you will have to contact PM CS agent to for porting status Private message CS Agent at:
