      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/487236"&gt;@Kathyc1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;downgrade is possible but it can be hard&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what plan you have now? if you have a plan over $30, there might be some $30 or $35 choices&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but if you are at $30 , likely not much choices and you might need to check often for any offer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
