      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/700458"&gt;@fig1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to download the the PM app to activate your eSIM and create a new account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also your previous account with the other carrier must be active so don’t cancel your plan with them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will get a text from your previous carrier confirming you are porting over to PM. Reply with YES and the porting process will start and reboot your phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
