I have a new/used phone. Same Public Mobile sim card and phone #. When l access my vm, phone # or press 1 it says l have no new messages. When l test it and leave a vm, it is an automated vm not my original greeting and l can only access it when l go into recent calls but it comes through another app called recordings. How do l get my original vm greeting and access my vm not through the app but through Public Mobiles saved messages plan?

you are using iPhone?

you need to turn off Live VoiceMail

open your iPhone's Settings app, scroll down and tap Apps, select Phone, tap Live Voicemail, and toggle the switch to the Off position
