      <description>&lt;P&gt;Both my husband and I cannot get proper service on our cell phones. It takes many seconds to connect and if it does the person on the other end can't understand what we are saying. We live in NS. Anyone else having problems?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Reboot phone and Reset network settings on the phone and check if it helps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if issue persists, ask PM to reset the account on the system.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.
