1st I read that I get free international text and picture text texting as long as im in canada sending out the text is this true and is Brazil included in this because it doesn't say anything about where is ok.

2nd I have a Can/US/Mex plan can I use my phone in those areas or do I get dinged for usage when I'm out of Canada using my phone?

You can text and send mms to ANY country. It does not matter where you are texting. As long as you are in Canada sending the message it will go.

With the plan that you have, you can make and receive calls and texts from any of the 3 countries just as you would at home. No extra charges.

The only drawback is that to make and receive calls in the US, you must have a VoLTE enabled phone that is on Public Mobile's list of acceptable phones as the US has retired their 3G system. You can check your phone status at the bottom of the article.

Just connect to T-Mobile or AT&T.

1 - Yes, you can text Internationally to Brazil as long as it was texted from Canada. Here is the terms and conditions under bullet 2:

2 - Yes, you can send or receive calls and get data in all 3 countries. PM is a prepaid service since you paid for service already. You won’t have to pay for roaming charges.

For calls, your phone must be VoLTE compatible and on PM whitelist of devices to work in the USA. So enter the IMEI of your device to see if it is compatible.
