      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the advice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've been using a Public Mobile eSIM for a while now, but after a recent restart, my phone suddenly locked and is requesting a PUK code. Since this was entirely caused by a system glitch rather than user error, I don't believe I should have to pay extra for a new eSIM to fix it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
