      <title>Activation Unsucessful</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to activate my new account with Public Mobile but I haven't had success.&amp;nbsp; It will start the activation and then it prompts "activation unsuccessful contact customer service." I'm then sent to a bot that tells me to enter a ticket but when I try to enter a ticket it won't let me hit the submit button.&amp;nbsp; Even with all the fields entered with information or N/A.&amp;nbsp; I would like any help with this.&amp;nbsp; thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
