      <description>&lt;P&gt;On the APP go under your account.&amp;nbsp; You will see it on the top left corner under your name.&amp;nbsp; It's about 14 digits long.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Account number is on the Profile page if you use the browser to access My Account, or Account page if you use the app&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if you have trouble logging in, ask PM to help.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.
