    <description>&lt;P&gt;i did not remove telus sim. it was inside it since i initiated the transfer last night. this morning i inserted public mobile too as my phone gets 2 simcards. should i totally remove the telus sim? will it make it work?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And how should i reset network settings please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi. I initiated transfer last night. received an sms from telus and answered yes. Now public mobile does not work and telus does not work. When i try to make a call it says not registered on network. Please help me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
