Just received a text message today that Public Mobile records indicate my phone is not VoLTE enabled, after I replaced my old phone 2 weeks ago with a new 5G phone, which is in fact compatible and VoLTE enabled when checked via IMEI numbers.

How do I inform Public Mobile of this ? Thanks.
