I am with 4g plan. I am ask to go to telus BUT if I change plan to 5g 29.99 specail with I be ok to stay with public mobile after march 2027?

With the 3G shutdown, your device may not be VoLTE compatible or is not on PM whitelist of approved devices but it maybe approved on Telus whitelist.

Enter the IMEI of your phone to see if it is compatible on PM:

I check and my samsung s10 does not have volte..for me to stay with pubicmobile..iwould need to buy what samsung phone ? A s24? And can i use the same sim card?

There is really nothing much you can do other than to get a phone that is compatible with PM's VoLTE network.

For Android phone, Samsung S22/Flip 2/Fold 2/A15/A35/A55 or later, Google Pixel 4 or later, or other major brands of phones released after 2024 and are designed and sold for the Canadian market should work.
