Here is more information:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/volte" target="_self"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/volte&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is compatible, reset the Network settings on your Moto G35 to help restore data. If that didn’t work then you have to contact a CS_Agent for help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_self"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If It is not compatible then you need to get a newer phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received a text that my 3G service would be retired next year so I purchased a new phone (Moto G35 5G) and upgraded my plan to 4G. Since the switch, I have not been able to access mobile data. Keeps saying no Internet. I've been through (I think) all the troubleshooting. What am I missing? Also. I'm still getting texts about my device needing an upgrade. Please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
