Did you ever figure out how to change your mailing address? I cannot figure out how to change mine....

yes, we got that figured out

the login email address is just a login name to My Account. So, if you remember the email address used and password, you can login My Account first. After you are logged in, go to Profile and click Manage Eversafe id and you can update the email address (or if you use the app, go to Account, then Manage Login (Secured by EverSafe))

but if you really cannot login, then you will need to ask PM support agent to help with the update. You can submit ticket by direct message:

You can update your address on file through the Profile tab.

Once signed in, click on the Profile tab. Scroll down to Manage Eversafe ID. Once you click there, you will see your account name, phone number, email address and address. Click the pencil and type over it and save.

However, mailing address is not really needed to be updated as they do not mail you anything.

It is only needed for verification purposes if you messge them, so I guess that's why you would need it updated.
