      <description>&lt;P&gt;you removed the old sim cad/esim?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have android, try clear data of the Messaging app, or even uninstall and reinstall Google Message&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

What make / model is your cell ? Did messages work fine with previous network ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please try a network reset to see if that helps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I removed the old card and inserted new public mobile sim card. I got messages from Fido to request a yes to make the transfer. But seems that i never receive welcome messages from public mobile&lt;/P&gt;</description>
