    <description>&lt;P&gt;your phone was wiped, not sim.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have physical sim, it should still work after phone is wiped.&amp;nbsp; Reboot the phone and Reset network settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;test both voice calls and data.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and tell us what phone you have&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You need to purchase a new eSIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your new phone take SIM. Just power off the new phone and place the SIM in the new phone and power the phone back on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
