    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/volte" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/volte&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should've received an sms from Public Mobile around the end of April advising of this new fee.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The phone you have is no longer compatible with Public Mobile for making phone calls so they will charge you the additional $5 each renewal until you get a compatible phone. Once the shutdown happens in March 2027 , if you still have the same phone, you will no longer be able to make and receive phone calls.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The message shows : 3G usage price increase is $5/mo.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I would like to understand why there is an additional $5 charge on my bill and whether this fee can be waived.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
